Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The Headquarters QC Department is overall responsible for ensuring the quality standard of our products. It consists of the Material & Component QC Section which is responsible for testing and inspecting the materials and components used for production, and the Product & Packing QC Section which is responsible for testing and inspecting the finished product and packing. The factory QC elements consist of the Supervisory QC Section which oversees the QC process and ensures that all products meet the quality standards stipulated and the various QC stations inserted throughout the entire production process.
Quality Control Procedures
The work of Quality Control is carried out at three levels and in three stages. The three levels of QC are Headquarters QC Department Factory Supervisory QC Team Production Line QC Check. The three stages of QC are the Pre-production stage - mainly on the quality and compliance standards of the materials and components used for production. In-production stage - supervisory and production QC check during production phases. Post-production stage - various tests and visual inspection done on products and packing prior to storage and delivery.
